How do I enter my coupon code?

Answer: On the 3rd step of the checkout process you will see a spot on the right-hand side below 'Summary' that says "Have a discount code? Click here to enter it" - click there and enter your code!

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Answer: We understand you want your orders fast! So 90% of the time it will go out on the next business day and 99% of the time it will be shipped within 2 business days!

What if my shipment gets lost?

Answer: No worries. We will send you a new one free of charge! :)

Why did my order not go through? I entered my Credit Card information.

Answer: Please double check your information! If you got the zip code wrong or the CVV (3 digits on the back) wrong your order will not go through!
